Materials and Tools:

-chain nose pliers (or flat nose pliers ) , round nose pliers , wire cutter

-minimum 25 mm tall teardrop shaped cabochon, flat back

Wire lengths are based on the size of the stone. For a 30 mm tall cabochon I used the following wire lengths:

-20ga (0.8 mm) wire: 1x 12.6 inches (32 cm), 1x 19 inches (48 cm), 1x 9.5 inches (24 cm)

-22ga (0.6 mm) wire: 2x 25.2 inches (64 cm), 1x 4 inches (10 cm)

-26ga (0.4 mm) wire: 1x 16 inches (40 cm)

-28ga (0.3 mm) wire: 1x 44 inches (112 cm), 1x 57 inches (144 cm), 1x 16 inches (40 cm)
