Accessing Premium Membership Accounts

How do I access my Premium Membership account?

Click the LOG IN button or person icon at the top right corner of your browser. 

How do I reset my password?

Go into the log in page and select “Forgot Password?” Enter your username or email address and select “Reset Password.” Once you are logged into your account, you can change your password by clicking on the Password icon on your My Account page.

I forgot my login information; can I have it sent to me?

Membership Information

How do I pay for my Premium Membership?

Annual Membership: Your annual membership lasts for one year starting on the day you register and pay.

Monthly Membership: Your monthly membership lasts for 30 days starting on the day you register and pay.

Your paid monthly or annual membership will automatically renew using the credit card we have on file, at the then-current rates. You can cancel your monthly membership anytime.

Under your user account you can remove the automatic renewal of the annual membership.

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Cancellation of your monthly membership will be effective the next billing cycle. Cancellation of your annual membership will result in the elimination of the auto renewal of your annual plan. 

How long can I access the tutorial content?

An Annual paid Premium Membership allows you to view all of the premium content for one year from the start of your membership. The Monthly paid Premium Membership allows you to view all of the premium content for 30 days.

How do I cancel my membership?

We are confident you will enjoy your Premium Membership. There are no refunds on Monthly and Annual Memberships.

Delivering Digital Products to Customers

When you order a digital product, such as a PDF tutorial, the file is automatically delivered to you as soon as the payment is received.

  • Immediate Payment: When online payment (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.) is received, a confirmation email is sent to the customer with a download link. The link also appears on the Thank You page.

  • Delayed Payment: When a customer places an order in which payment does not arrive immediately (e.g. offline payment or echeck), a link is not sent in the email sent to confirm the order. Only after the shop receives the payment and the order has been marked manually as Paid, an email is sent to the customer with a download link.

What if a sale includes both digital and physical products?

Normally, when a customer pays for a digital product online with immediate payment (e.g. credit card or PayPal), the file is sent and the order is automatically marked as fulfilled.

A sale that includes digital and physical products ( DIY jewelry making kits in this case) cannot be marked as fulfilled because the physical products still need to be shipped. Note that digital product links are sent automatically when online payment is received or when you mark an order as paid. 

How long is the link good for?

The download link is available for 30 days. After that, it will no longer work. 

After 30 days you can contact the customer service at wirearttutorials@gmail.com and we will happily send you a new link.

Do you ship worldwise?

Yes, we ship worldwide!​

How long does it take shipping?

Packages are shipped within maximum 72 hours, with registered mail worldwide.

European shipping takes between 5-14 business days, overseas shipping (USA, UK, Australia, Canada and the rest of the world) can take between 10-20 business days. Due to the current pandemic situation overseas shipping might take up to 6 weeks.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges but we are very happy to assist you if you have any problem with your order.

Special case might apply if you receive your jewelry or DIY kit damaged, not in the same condition as described, with missing items. In these cases we are happy to assist you in the better way and offer you a shop credit. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us within maximum 7 days after you receive your package.

Do you accept returns and exchanges for digital download?

Digital downloads are non refundable. IF you ordered the same digital file multiple times, please contact us. We will offer you a shop credit to choose another file.
