Materials and tools:

-chain nose or flat nose pliers, round nose pliers, bail making pliers, wire cutters

-hammer, steel bench or steel block

-teardrop shaped cabochon between 40-50 mm long

-16ga (1.25 mm) or 18ga (1 mm) base wire: 1x 16 inches (50 cm)

-26ga (0.4 mm) wire: 1x 60 inches (150 cm)
